A useful mobility scooter price comparison starts with the same specification. A larger battery, a cabin or an extra seat changes the machine you are comparing. Record the exact model and battery on each quote, then compare the delivered total rather than a headline starting price.

What should a written quote include?

  • The model, battery capacity, charger and selected accessories.
  • The currency, tax treatment and delivery charge to your postcode.
  • Any assembly or handover arrangements and the expected delivery window.
  • The intended use and UK classification of that particular configuration.

Budget for ownership

Ask about replacement battery costs, tyres, servicing and how repairs would be arranged from your address.
