Figures as For Motion states them; range depends on the battery pack, the weight carried and how you ride. UK road eligibility depends on the model and its approved configuration. A speed limit of 8 mph alone does not make a vehicle eligible. Confirm the intended use in your quote and see the rules page.

From each model's own specifications and configurator: colours, battery choices, dimensions, equipment and which options cost extra. Prices are stated in your written quote. Only what differs is in the table; what is the same on every model sits underneath. Where another model wins a row, that is shown too.

Who it suits (and who it doesn't)
A good fit if you want a solid, affordable machine for local journeys and would rather carry the battery indoors to charge it. At 71 cm it goes through most doorways.
Look at another model if you cover more than 25 miles a day: choose a bigger battery pack on the On Four or the Forto. If you need to carry someone, no single-seat machine will do it and no two-seater is a UK mobility scooter — read our buying guide first.
Riding this in the UK
We supply the City Cruiser here limited to 8 mph, which makes it a Class 3 invalid carriage — the road-going class of mobility scooter. You register it with DVLA (no vehicle tax is payable), the rider must be 14 or over, and on a footway you drop to 4 mph with the limiter and the speed indicator working. Motorways are never allowed. It is inside the Class 3 build limits: one seat, 135 kg with its battery against a 150 kg ceiling, 71 cm against 0.85 m. A faster build exists, but here that version is for private land only. See our rules page.
Options
The configurator above lists every option for the City Cruiser and what each one adds. Battery: the standard removable 20 Ah lithium battery, or a second 20 Ah battery that doubles the range, either built in or as a swap battery you carry indoors; a second charger for the removable battery; a motor brake. Weather: a canopy, a tall clear windscreen, a leg cover, and covers for the scooter and the windscreen. Practical: a top box, and a phone holder with or without a phone charger. Security: an ART 3 or ART 4 chain lock in 140 or 170 cm, an ART4 wall anchor, a GPS tracker or a tracking beacon. The speed group lists the 15.5 and 20 mph builds, both for private land only in Britain; the 8 mph limitation for road use is set out in your written quote rather than chosen here. For adaptations to a disability, tell us when you request the quote; the configurator for this model does not list them. Maintenance packages and multi-year service contracts are listed too; for a United Kingdom address, ask us in the quote what servicing we can offer before you choose one.
Price, delivery and your rights
Your written quote states the full price delivered to your address. VAT relief needs a chronically sick or disabled customer, a qualifying product and a signed eligibility declaration — Class 3 does not qualify automatically. You have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Request a quote and we will ring you back.
